Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and My Retirement Coach ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of our website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Educational tool only. Mr. C is an educational and informational software product. It is not investment, financial, tax, legal, or other professional advice, and using it does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship. See our Disclosures for important details.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

The Service

The Service provides market information, scores, signals, educational content, and tools to help you organize your own thinking. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is provided for general informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

Subscriptions, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) until cancelled.
Any free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are non refundable. Please review our Refund Policy.
We may change pricing on a going forward basis with notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, scrape it, resell it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.

Intellectual property

The Service, including all content, software, branding, and the Mr. C character, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non exclusive license to use the Service for your personal, non commercial use.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY RETIREMENT COACH AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, INVESTMENT LOSSES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR INVESTMENT AND FINANCIAL DECISIONS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Retirement Coach and its owners and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are effective when posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
